As a wife, a mom, and Neuro PT you would think I had it all figured out. That I “had it all together” as they say. That could not have been farther from the truth. It wasn’t until I had my confidence rocked to the core that I realized I was riddled with self-doubt, lived with low level anxiety constantly, and lived my life seeking external validation at every turn.
